Return Policy

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We are sorry about that.

Our return period is 30 days after receipt of the product. You can return your products to us within this period. Please let us know why you want to return your product in good time before you send it back. Please also send us some photos in your message so that we can see why you are not satisfied with the product. Please also make sure that all parts, including the original packaging of the product, if possible, are included in your return.

Would you like to replace your product because something is wrong? Does the size not fit? Or was something wrong delivered that you didn't order? We will send you the new product as soon as we receive your return, provided it is available. We will take care of it immediately. In any case, you will receive a short message from us.

Please note the following information.
As you have made an individual decision with your purchase, please allow us to help you individually and quickly. There are situations in which we will cover the costs for an exchange, but there are also cases in which you as the buyer must cover the costs for the return and exchange. Here are some examples.

An example where we cover the costs in full: You have received a product that you did not order. Or your product is defective. We know our products, so we know exactly how you should receive them.

An example where you have to cover the costs: You haven't just tried the product on or tried it out once but have used it for much longer. This wear and tear are usually very clearly recognizable. Or you have wilfully damaged the product.

Did the product break within the first 30 days of normal use? In this case, you have at least 1 year warranty on the product. This means that we will always repair the product first. This means that we will always replace the product first, and the purchase price will only be refunded after the product has been replaced twice without success.

If we make a refund, this will take place after a processing time of 5-7 days after the product has been sent. We will then use the same method as for your original payment.
