Transparency and trust are our top priorities. That's why we provide you with all the important company information. You can also rely on our support team, who will always try to find the best possible solution to any problems you may have.

Furthermore, we know our products, we know our suppliers and most of the shipping service providers. We have previously tested many suppliers with different products and printing options. With two exceptions, all the others failed to meet our quality requirements. And among them were some of the largest suppliers in this business model. Either the prints were too small or too unclear. Or the colors did not match the designs we submitted. Or the quality of the raw products was generally poor. The GSM values offered were not achieved or the products were poorly finished. All this took more than 9 months.

But we have reached our goal.
We have a clean store that we manage ourselves, as well as the support. Outstanding premium products with our exclusive designs that are only available from us. These designs do not come from other suppliers or have been purchased on other platforms. No, these designs have been created exclusively for us. Every single design was discussed in detail in advance and then continuously improved until they were as they are now. And finally, the final price was of course also an important issue for you as a customer. But we believe that you will be satisfied with our prices.

And last but not least, some criticism on our own behalf: 
We know that we are not and cannot be the fastest in terms of delivery time. But we believe that the difference between 5-7 business days delivery time with other stores and 7-12 business days with us, will not really make the difference between “yes” or “no”.

As you can see, we communicate completely openly and will continue to do so in the future. We will always treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves.
