95 percent of our products are delivered within 7 to 12 working days, depending on the product and destination country. Our automated system always chooses the shortest and fastest route. Nevertheless, it can unfortunately also happen that a product has a significantly longer delivery time, namely up to 17 days. One of the reasons for this is that not every product is always available in the main warehouses worldwide. In any case, you will receive detailed information from us in good time, including the consignment number and the name of our shipping service provider. If your product does not arrive on time, please send us a short e-mail. We will then take care of it immediately. We will then decide how we can adequately compensate you for the additional waiting time.
