Refund policy

We offer our customers a return period of 30 days after receipt of the products. However, there are some conditions attached to this. Please check our returns policy before you buy. If you want to buy from us, we will do everything we can to make your purchase and the sequence of events as pleasant as possible. We want you to be satisfied and to recommend us to others.

Our registered office is located in Switzerland (see Company Information). Switzerland is not a member of the European Union. We are not legally obliged to grant the option of a 14-day withdrawal period. For this reason, we do not take back purchased products within this period free of charge and without giving reasons in accordance with this EU rule. We believe that a purchase should be fair for both parties, which is why we have decided to go our own way (see our Return Policy).
