1. Width: Place a garment that fits you on the table and measure the width along the chest from left to right, from the armpit seam to the other armpit.
2. Length: place the tape measure at the top of the left or right shoulder and measure from top to bottom to the end of the garment.
3. Check your measurement results against the size chart and then order your correct size.

Please wash inside out, with the design facing inwards, using neutral detergents at 30°C (84°F) - 40°C (104°F). Please do not soak, do not bleach, do not iron, steam or tumble dry. Simply wash, spin, hang up and leave to dry. The clothing will then retain its maximum color and durability.
